Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received a letter from the Council of the Saudi Chamber No. (42101035) and the date (11/3/1442), in which it is indicated that the letter of the Food and Drug General Authority No. (6860 / P) and the date (8/3/1442), which includes containing A lip care product named "NITRQ BEAUTY NICOPANDA LIPSTICK ROSE TAUPE 10" contains a high percentage of lead and arsenic that exceeds the permissible limit as impurities in the list of safety requirements for cosmetics and personal care products (SFDA.CO/GSO 1943: 2016). The authority prohibits its sale, and importers and distributors of the product must withdraw it from sales outlets and warehouses and coordinate with the authority - the operations sector - to destroy it in order to avoid the issuance of penalties against them.
